Job Description Position Summary:The Shared Services Intern will provide vital support to the team by assisting in budget management, contract administration, and general
administrative tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate
environment while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of Shared Services operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget Support:
Assist in preparing and updating budget documents and reports.
Perform data entry, validation, and reconciliation of financial records.
Support the monitoring of expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Contracts Administration:
Organize and maintain contract documentation, including filing and archiving.
Assist in reviewing and tracking contract statuses, renewals, and expirations.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for document follow-ups and approvals.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining records.
Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation required by the Shared Services team.
Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.
