La beca se desempeñara en el equipo de Cardiac Rythmn Management.
Las **funciones** a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son:
Prestar soporte dentro del departamento DIRECTO de Medtronic, en concreto:
1. Soporte a sistema de monitorización remota de pacientes con dispositivos cardiacos:
+ Seguimiento de las consultas recibidas a través del servicio europeo BeConnected de soporte a pacientes con monitorización remota (Línea 800).
+ Gestión y registro de las incidencias de Monitores CareLink.
2. Gestión de programadores:
+ Envíos, reparación, renovación, actualización y asignación de equipos.
+ Registro de cada movimiento/actualización/modificación en iProg.
+ Creación de usuarios y nuevos centros en la base de datos de iProg.
+ Seguimiento del estado de los programadores relacionados con acciones correctivas que requieren actualización de los equipos.
3. Manejo de las cuestiones relacionadas con cualquier incidencia de producto (PIR):
+ Cumplimentación del formulario (PIR) y registro de la información.
+ Envío de aquellos productos para los que se solicita un análisis.
+ Seguimiento de las solicitudes de información adicional por parte del equipo de Quality .
+ Revisión y envío de los informes finales a la red de ventas/TC y médicos implicados en el incidente.
4. Soporte técnico en el área de los productos de CRDM:
+ Resolución de dudas técnicas de primer nivel sobre dispositivos cardiacos implantables, contando con nuestro soporte y ayuda en todo momento.
+ Chequear el buzón de Directo y atender las solicitudes que correspondan.
**Conocimientos** :
+ Manejo de herramientas de ofimática.
+ Conocimiento de Visual Studio y lenguajes de programación como SQL, ASPX y HTML/CSS.
**Idiomas:**
+ Nivel alto de inglés ( Lectura: Nivel C1) / Escritura: Nivel C1/ Conversación: Nivel C1)
**Experiencia previa** :
+ Deseable (pero no imprescindible) haber tenido contacto con sistemas de monitorización remota relacionados con el cuidado de la salud
**Estudios Mínimos:** Grado
**Tipo de Licenciatura/Grado:**
+ Ingeniero, con preferencia por un perfil de bioingeniería
+ Grado relacionado con el campo de la salud
**Requisitos mínimos:**
+ Proactividad.
+ Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
+ Dotes de comunicación: es importante una comunicación clara, ordenada y precisa para hablar con pacientes y comunicarse con ellos de un modo sencillo.
+ Capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
+ Ganas de aprender y de asumir nuevos retos.

+ Convenio de prácticas
+ Duración: 12 meses (prorrogables + 6 meses)
+ Jornada Completa
+ Horario: flexible 7:30-10:00 a 16:00-18:30. Viernes y meses de verano jornada intensiva
+ Presencialidad oficina: mínimo 2 días/semana
+ Ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos/mes + Ayuda Comida (Tarjeta Ticket Restaurant)
