Our 12-week fall internship opportunities offer candidates working toward their Analytics Focused majors’ exposure to variety projects which will include various ways to apply your education in solving real world problems. A successful candidate will exhibit the following: + Collaborate with others on the analytics platform team to develop understanding of the data, the business, and technical approaches. Understand architecture and processes essential to developing models, visualizations, reports, and insights. + Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances. + Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities. + Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment. + Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies. + Demonstrated ability to leverage analytical tools to extract and analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights to the business. + Proficient in utilizing analytical tools to understand problems followed by recommending and executing the best approach to address the needs of internal customers. + Coursework or experience utilizing some or all of the following: Python, R, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or other visualization software + Certificate in Technical or Analytics related field such as Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, or similar + Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects + U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future **Salary Information: ** Base Pay: $24.00 – $33.48 per hour Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
