Project Title: Burn-In Equipment Operation Excellence

Project Description: Work on a project aimed at improving Burn-In machine availability by reducing both scheduled and unscheduled downtime.

Objectives of the Project:

Enhance machine availability and efficiency.Identify and implement strategies to minimize downtime.

Project Scope:

Understand the maintenance processes of Burn-In operations.Learn basic repair and maintenance techniques for Burn-In equipment.Develop project management skills.

Deliverables:

Successfully complete at least one project that improves oven machine availability by reducing either scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

Required Skillset:

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.
