Department OverviewKey responsibility to ensure operational excellence in the Sales Operations function includes the following:

- Business Forecasting – Manage business forecasting cycles from short- to long-term, including CORE (Country Outlook Review) bi-weekly forecasting, COMMITS for quarterly, yearly, and LRP (Long Range Plan) forecasting.

- Data Analytics – Provide business intelligence and insights to management and the Sales team to support timely and strategic decision-making.

- Pricing and P&L Management – Responsible for pricing analytics, bid and quote support, and balancing business P&L with required market pricing.

- Pipeline Management – Manage project funnels through Salesforce.com (SFDC), ensuring accurate tracking and visibility.

- SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) Management – Support quota setting and performance measurement activities.

- Key Initiatives – Drive and implement regional and global projects aligned with strategic goals.

- Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance) to align efforts and achieve/exceed common organizational goals.
Job Description

Business analytics of product mix (sales & revenue), pricing & financials trend

Develop a sustainable/repeatable P&L modeling for new/existing business units

Drive key improvements on the bid and quote/pricing processes and tools to improve recommendations and decision making cycle time

Work with cross functional teams to support the implementation of proposed processes that include creating the training/support materials and developing business rules & monitoring their effectiveness.

May be required to assess competitor price positions & price strategy, draw similarities and differences and make recommendation as needed.

Basic Requirements

Currently undergoing Bachelor Degree program in Business Management, Finance or any related field.

Internship period of minimum 12 weeks

Current CGPA > 3.00

High analytical skills, with advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Good with numbers and attention to details

Ability to present and articulate thought process and data analytics

Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills

Prefer candidate who can start internship from July 2025
