Intern – EMEA Business Development & Sales Operations Team
Location: Opera, Italy
Duration: 6 months (with potential to extend)

Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our EMEA Business Development & Sales Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global company and learn about business development, sales operations, and marketing in a great working environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and business growth, interested in data and research, and enjoy a fast-paced environment where multitasking and proactive initiative are key to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support: Research new prospects and support the team in identifying and generating leads, playing a role in expanding our business reach and network.Sales Operations Support: Help with various operational tasks, including supporting day-to-day activities and assisting with training and supporting the team’s use of business tools.CRM & Lead Management: Regularly update the CRM to maintain accurate client and prospect information, including lead and quote management. Assist in an ongoing training series by helping create training videos and manuals for CRM processes.Data & Reporting: Help generate reports on key metrics, including leads, conversion rates, and sales figures, and support data analysis to guide business strategies.Marketing Support & Event Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing team to support various events and campaigns and tracking results to maximize the impact of such initiatives.

Key Requirements:

Field of Study: Suitable fields include Business Development, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar areas.Required Skills:Solid IT skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in data analysis, CRM management, and/or research is a plus.Full fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional European languages are a plus.Strong communication skills, positive and proactive attitude, and comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic environment.
