Your role:
Performing contract review, for compliance, to ensure all applicable policy criteria have been satisfiedUtilizing critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policiesCreating customized, timely, and accurate invoicing per terms of service contract and serving as the point of contact for other team members and internal and external customersCreatively consulting with sales and/or service proposals on alternative options to provide guidance of requirements and partnering to drive solutionsManaging competing priorities and deadlines while continuing to provide outstanding support to our internal partners and external customersMaintaining a winning partnership with Sales and other internal teams to ensure continuous alignment with joint goals and objectivesYou're the right fit if:
Enrolled in an accredited university pursing a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Minimum 3.0 GPAIntermediate to advanced level competency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)Strong verbal and written writing skills and strong attention to detail and a proven track record of data integrityAbility to deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient mannerExcellent time management skills and carry high degree of competence in completing duties in a timely and effective manner with a strong attention to detail, even when managing a variety of projects/tasks simultaneously.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.About Philips

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
