Provides administrative support and the updating and communication of information in a timely manner to ensure the smooth functioning of Seven Hills Foundation.

 

Students will be able to choose a participating affiliate whose services align with their major or career path.

 

SEVEN HILLS FOUNDATION: Seven Hills Foundation stands as one of the most dynamic and comprehensive health and human services agencies in the country. With over 235 locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and eight countries abroad, Seven Hills is the premier provider of comprehensive supports for people with significant life challenges. Students participating in internships related to: Business, Finance, Government Relations, Technology, or Human Resources will be assigned to Seven Hills Foundation.

 

ASPiRE!: Seven Hills ASPiRE!, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, offers innovative and creative programming that provides opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and brain injury to develop skills necessary to pursue interests in employment, recreation, and social interaction.  With an emphasis on Innovative Lifelong Learning, Seven Hills designed the ASPiRE! model to help people enrich their lives, broaden core competencies, and enjoy a full range of activities while cultivating a network of relationships in and around their communities.  The model has restructured the way that traditional day habilitation, adult day health, community-based day supports, and workforce readiness & employment services are typically offered by promoting personal choice and self-determination in a more dynamic and dignified, community-driven environment.

 

STETSON SCHOOL: Stetson School is a nationally accredited, fully licensed, Chapter 766-approved Residential and Education Treatment Program for male youth and young adults, ages 9-22, with sexually problematic behaviors, complex developmental difficulties, chronic mental illness, and autism spectrum disorders, who have suffered from severe trauma. Recognized as a national leader in the treatment of sexually troubled behavior, Stetson School offers a continuum of supports and services to the high-risk population with a family-focused, individualized “culture of recovery.”  At Stetson School, our highly qualified staff of educators and clinicians provide supports that speak to an individual's entire mental health and developmental needs. Our goal is to provide tools that can be used throughout a lifetime. Stetson School fosters empathy and a strong alliance between our treatment team and educators, the child, and the family to ensure success. Our focus centers on strength-based and culturally sensitive services with the goal of supporting family stability, successful reunification, and permanency. SEVEN HILLS PEDIATRIC CENTER: Seven Hills Pediatric Center is a Pediatric Skilled Nursing Community providing coordinated, integrated care to children and young adults, from infancy to age 22, Clients and patients at SHPC have profound developmental delays and complex medical needs, require short-term respite services, or need transitional care after an extended hospitalization. Under the auspices of the Pediatric Medical Director, children receive all the necessary medical, nursing, therapy, educational and leisure services possible to enhance their quality of life. SHPC has integrated state-of-the-art medical technology into a contemporary, home-like, setting complete with large, brightly-colored, living rooms, physical and occupational therapy treatment rooms, and the Seven Hills Academy at Groton—a private, special education school approved by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). The philosophy of person-centered living is driven by the parent- centered team approach that is the hallmark of the award-winning Seven Hills Pediatric Center.

 

ARCHWAY: ARCHway, Inc. has provided residential, behavioral health and educational services to adults and their family members for nearly 50 years. With small programs, tailored to meet the needs of those residing in the different homes, individuals are supported and encouraged to lead active and healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications

High School graduate with some collegiate experience. Accurate data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications; excellent telephone and organizational; skills required.
