ResponsibilitiesLead and manage project(s) that align with our team’s crucial goals, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.Build and introduce innovative solutions to improve current processes, focusing on automation and sustainability.Foster collaboration among teams from various functions to support product development demands and enable new product flows.Work closely with a mentor to gain insights and guidance, promoting professional growth and development.Assist in projecting Operating Expenditures (OpEx) and developing cost strategies for various projects.Engage in early product life-cycle demand modeling to determine future needs and opportunities.Support the sustaining Product Development Team (PDT) in the lead development of HVM products.Conduct detailed data attribute analysis to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.Demonstrated ability to complete projects successfully with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a dedication to encouraging a collaborative environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Passion for innovation and a drive to contribute to world-class engineering solutions.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
