[Job Description]

As a member of the ASIC Design team, you will be working on design tasks for Micron's next generation of solid state drive controllers.

Candidate will work on different phases of the ASIC design process to bring design from concept all the way to production silicon.

This may include implementing the RTL design, collaboration with the verification team to fully validate the design,

delivering a gate netlist to the back-end implementation team to meet timing and physical constraints, and developing script to improve the design process.

Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and have good documentation skills along with being an effective communicator.

Candidate should also have strong collaboration skills and possess tenacity towards working to complete all assigned tasks with high quality.

[Requirements]

-Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred

-Coursework in Digital Design, VLSI Design and Computer architecture required

-Knowledge of C and Linux environment required

-Knowledge of Verilog and System Verilog coding skills required

-Strong documentation and communication skills required

-Knowledge of Python, Perl or TCL is a plus

-Experience with standard ASIC design flow tools including synthesis, lint, CDC checking, code coverage and assertions is a plus
