2.Report to AM-TCS or ETCS.
3.should be properly groomed according to the below mentioned grooming guidelines.
4.Greet and guide the passengers properly during the flight.
5.Check-in guest through mobile app to accelerate the queue
6.Make sure that no passenger is stuck at the immigration counters.
7.Ensure announcements during the boarding.
8.Locate passengers during boarding.
9.Perform the duties of flight coordinator during departure and arrival.
10.Responsible for flight closings after flight.
11.Perform duties according to duty roster.
12.In case of any emergency contact and email concerned executive for the approval and only allowed for the leave once approved.
Casual Grooming Male:
1.Should be in formal attire and avoid wearing Informal dressing/ Jeans/ t-shirts which are prohibited. Wear dress pant, shirt and tie.
2.Blazers are not compulsory but in case the necessity, Black/Blue/Grey or any warm tone colors are advised.
3.Hair should be properly combed.
4.Nails should be neat & clean in proper shape.
5.Wear formal shoes in Black/Brown colors. Sneakers and Joggers are not allowed
Casual Grooming Female:
1.Should wear formal ethnic dress.
2.Shirt length should not be high from the knee.
3.Tights are only allowed with long shirts as well Jeans/Top are strictly prohibited.
4.Hair should be tie in a high pony tail or joora .
5.Nail paints are only allowed in Red/Pink or Nude colors.
6.In case of nose piercing, nose rings are not allowed. Wear nose pins only.
7.Single stone rings are allowed. only one ring in a hand.
8.Makeup to be worn should be compatible with skin color.
9.Red/Pink/Beige/Brown color lipsticks should be worn.
