The resource will be placed within the Operations area and will be responsible for supporting the team in reviewing the manuals to be provided to BPOs, supporting the BPO in managing the activities and verifying the compliance of the controls to be provided to the managed processes.
Main responsibilities:
• Support the team in reviewing the manuals
• Support the team in providing BPO training on new activities
• Support the BPO in managing individual activities
• Support the implementation of controls
• Perform quality controls
• Support the implementation of related reporting
