Overview of your responsibilities:

Supporting the purchasing team in doing the market research in order to better understand the situation, the prices, and potential suppliers;Following the changes on the market and price trends in order to better understand the strategy for the future;Supporting for Data analysis and Reporting (Trends / Costs / Vendor Performances / Benchmarking);Supporting the team in conducting cost-optimizing and effectiveness-rising projects;Supporting the suppliers qualification process;Supporting P2P (Procure-to-pay) process;Managing and updating data related to the processes in SAP system.

Who are we looking for:

An English-speaking motivated student who is ready to embark the journey of discovery.You are thrilled about working in a fast-changing international environment together with people from different cultures and with different backgrounds.You are interested in the processes regarding purchasing department.You have very good communication skills and can work both independently and as a part of the team.You are very good in following deadlines and is ready to be a part of a dynamic environment, where priorities can change fast.You are open minded and easy-going.You have good proficiency of working with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI;
