Lean Process Improvement: Utilize lean manufacturing tools and techniques to analyze current operational workflows. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in processes. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement among team members Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Prepare and present reports on operational performance and proposed enhancements to management.  Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to develop solutions to operational challenges and implement best practices.

       4.    Project Management:

Lead improvement projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in process improvement, preferably within a manufacturing or operational environment. Strong understanding of lean principles and experience with lean tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen). Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Project management experience is a plus.
