As a Product Manager, you will be a key member of our product team, and your primary goal will be to ensure that our products are developed and enhanced based on a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and feedback. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor products to inform product decisions and ensure customer-centric features are developed. Monitor and measure product performance and customer satisfaction through metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements and create innovative solutions. Clearly articulate product vision and goals to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers. Advocate for the customers, ensuring products provide a broad experience and meet customer needs. Create a prioritized feature backlog for product development. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of work experience in SaaS or Product company with a strong focus on customer experience. Bachelor's degree in technology (B. Tech) from a top-tier engineering college. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders. Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies. A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling products.Where we’re going
