1.    Design engine component to meet product engineering target & customer requirement
2.    Prepare and chair design review meeting
3.    Conduct DFMEA, work out DVP & R (design verification plan & report), execute DVP on time as project plan
4.    Collaborate with SDE to make APQP process completely followed up for component development
5.    Lead NPI issue to be fixed
6.    Chase low cost design and lead engineering validation for component re-sourcing & localization
7.    Write TAN (Technical Authority Note) & EDR (Engine Design Requirement)
8.    Advise and answer engineering questions which come from cross function team and customers, high frequently collaboration teams include SDE, Buyer, Application Engineer, Product Team and Sales & Marketing.
9.    Supplier visit to help with supplier process improvement
