Position: Intern in "Empowering Lives through Livestock-Hope and Prosperity " Project

Project Location: Durres Area Program

JOB PURPOSE :

This position actively contributes to World Vision Albania's mission and strategy to enhance child wellbeing by collaborating with local communities and various stakeholders.  Its primary role is to provide assistance and support for the successful implementation of the "Empowering Lives through Livestock- Hope and Prosperity " project in Durres Municipality. The project is dedicated to strength food security and promoting sustainable livelihoods by improving livestock production and expanding market access for the most disadvantaged households and communities in Durres municipality.

Major Responsibilities :

Support Empowerment Life through Livestock _ Hope and Prosperity project activities in collaboration with other team members.

Support project team & project beneficiaries in conducting all activities related to Empowerment Life through Livestock _ Hope and Prosperity project.

Assist the project team that field activities are done in collaboration with community stakeholders and partners.

Address to AP Programme Manager the issues founded in the project area about the project implementation and suggest potential solutions.

Communicate effectively World Vision’s identity, mission, vision, values and our approach to work in ways that are contextually appropriate and clear.

 Administrative and operational support to Durres AP team to provide timely and qualitative activities that meets agency requirements.

Contribute to the documentation of project activities according to World Vision Albania's procedures and donor guidelines.

Knowledge / Qualifications for the Role

Hold a Bachelor's degree in agriculture, veterinary sciences, development, economics, business, or a related discipline. Ability to excel in complex, multi-stakeholder projects, consistently delivering results.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, persuade, influence, and adapt communication styles to diverse situations and individuals.Strong organizing and coordinating  skills.Track record of effective documentation practices.Excellent written and spoken Albanian language skills, with proficiency in English.Demonstrated personal dedication to the development and protection of children.
