Young Talent Program – Frontline Marketing

Position Overview

This position will collaborate with our diverse network of locally connected bottling partners, and when we’re returning every drop of water we use to communities and nature. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

• Analytics & identifying main business key business indicators (KPIs Tools).
• Design plans also follow up implementation.
• Routines within local team and bottler to accelerate campaign execution and commercial plans (accelerators).
• Plan and schedule main project activities.
• Interact with stakeholders to guarantee deliverables and plans follow-up.
• Build presentations to support the project progress.
• Analyze and follow up the execution of plans we have developed and create, also understands, and provide some points of view of what´s working and what´s not to adjust the plan in an agile way.

Education Requirements:
• Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in progress
• University in Business Administration/Management

Related Work Experience:
• Experience is not required.

• Project management skills, with clear understanding on how projects contribute to business success
• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills,
• Problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.
