Job Responsibilities

As a Foundry Operations Intern you will work with semiconductor foundries across the globe to drive continuous structural improvements in best-in class cycle time at lowest possible inventory, while digitizing the operational execution.

This role will require basics understanding of production planning/factory capacity planning/supply chain management along with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have an insatiable drive towards continuous improvements and achieving best-in-class performance.

Manage NPI orders with Foundries to achieve best-in-class cycle time and seamless order processing within Skyworks. Manage expedite requirements with Foundries and Identify opportunities for expedite/ supply flow cost reduction. Drive digitization by reducing number of manual communications with Foundries and with internal stake holders. Drive culture of trustworthy data and decision making through dashboards. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering/business administration. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent program management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Ability to take initiative and drive for results. Experience with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
