Your tasks:

Preparation of market and location analysesCollaboration in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for national and international clientsParticipation in the organization and implementation of Germany-wide property inspections and subsequent processing of the resultsMaintenance of information databases and regular support in the preparation of pitch presentations and offersSupport in the preparation of valuation reports in German and EnglishActive regular communication with team colleagues as well as across departmentsSupport in the acquisition of new ordersRegular exchange with customers

Your profile:

Interest in the real estate industryA successfully completed degree in geography, architecture, business administration/real estate management or a comparable course of studyYou are enthusiastic about working with Excel and have an affinity for numbers and financial mathematical topicsVery good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirableAnalytical thinking and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a structured mannerStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team
