We are seeking a Finance Intern to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be supporting processes to comply with the payment of the invoices of the supplier and support in all the new requirement from Mexican tax authority regarding billing. In this position, you will report to the Account Payable Leader
This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato, México

What you’ll do:
• Assist in managing both local and international invoices, ensuring seamless financial coordination.
• Support Accounts Payable Aging and help keep financial processes running smoothly.
• Work closely with external suppliers to ensure accurate balance reconciliations. • Coordinate internal and external audits, contributing to our company’s financial integrity.
• Track and verify the timely payment of suppliers and reimbursement of employee expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican tax authority requirements, ensuring invoices are up to date with all necessary tax obligations.
