Internship Program:

As a valued intern with our Actuary team, you will:
Price and execute limited, full, complex, form and rule product reviews.
Utilize knowledge of actuarial concepts, intent and proposal packet when analyzing proposed rating structures or marketing intelligence.
Perform state specific research on competitors and needed territories for their review.
Develop filings, rules, algorithms and supporting exhibits based on proposed changes.
Complete marketing materials for state approved revisions.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics or other business related major. Must have passed 1 actuarial exam.
Strong analytical abilities including mathematics and statistical concepts.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.
Confidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams).
Familiarity with Python and/or SQL and/or a programming language is preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States of America.
Candidates must be local (Cincinnati, OH) and will work in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays.
