About this Opportunity
Join Ericsson's dynamic Technical and Solution Sales Support team and play a pivotal role in driving business success. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team, offering product and solution expertise throughout the customer journey—from pre-sales to design and delivery. This role uniquely positions you to shape Ericsson's strategic direction, enhance our reputation as a thought leader, and channel valuable customer insights to our Research and Development teams. Your contributions will span Market Area (MA) Domains, Business Areas (BA), and Key Account CTOs in our Customer Units (CU).

 

What You Will Do

Leverage AI Tools: Introduce and integrate advanced AI platforms, such as GenAI Playground and ELI, to optimize daily operations and enhance efficiency.
Analyze Current Workflows: Conduct in-depth assessments of existing workflows to identify and recommend AI-driven improvements.
Develop AI Use Cases: Partner with cross-functional teams to explore and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
Create AI Solutions: Utilize APIs and programming skills to design and implement tailored AI solutions that support Ericsson’s strategic goals.
 

What You Bring

Educational Background: Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree (or higher) from a top-tier university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Python programming and experienced in OpenAI API development.
Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to assess complex workflows and pinpoint opportunities for AI integration.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members and convey findings clearly.
Availability: Able to commit to a 4-day workweek for 4-6 months (or longer).
