Responsibilities Stage, install, and configure store POS systems ensuring they meet Foot Locker’s technical standards. Work with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure project success of store hardware deployment for new stores, remodels, and manage hardware for store closings. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, providing real-time guidance to technicians and stores. Develop technical documentation and analyze support practices to propose improvements. Qualifications Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program or recently graduated. GTA 3.00 or better. Availability: Report to work for duration of the Internship Program 5/27/2025 - 8/8/2025.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10, familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and virtualization. Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Passion: A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and sneakers. Other: A strong interest in technology and its potential to transform businesses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
