This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will work closely with senior sales professionals to enhance business strategies and contribute to the team’s growth. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarily limited to the following:_ **Lead Generation and Management:** + Assist in sourcing and identifying new business opportunities within designated territories. + Help track, manage, and update the lead database, ensuring all lead information is accurate and current. + Support the sales team in researching prospects and developing targeted outreach strategies. + Assist in qualifying and categorizing leads based on segment potential. **Territory Business Plan Support:** + Assist in updating and maintaining territory business plans by compiling data and reviewing key performance metrics. **Sales Team Collaboration:** + Provide administrative support to the sales team, including meeting coordination and documentation. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** + Assist in tracking sales performance and reporting on key business metrics. + Prepare regular updates for the team regarding territory performance and lead status. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:** (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) + Currently a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field. + Strong interest in sales, business development, architecture and design. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn. + Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH). + **Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.** + **Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.** **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with CRM tools. + Familiarity with the architectural industry or sales processes is a plus **Primary Location** : US-NJ-Lebanon **Job Type** : Sales **Req ID:** 250001C
