Job Description

You will work with a team of scientists in the Translation Sciences (TS) team in the Research Labs to develop 3D co-culture models using patient-derived tumor organoids and primary immune cells.

•    Generate and maintain patient-derived cultures in support of organoid biobanking and cell-based assays. 
•    Optimization of 3D co-culture formats using various hydrogel systems to study effects on immune cell killing on patient derived organoids
•    Design and execute robust scientific studies using cell-based assays under supervision.
•    Generate and analyze data to support research operating plans and projects. 
•    Communicate project updates internally within TS team or cross-functional teams.
•    Support laboratory-based activities including purchase of consumables and maintain inventory to ensure continuity of laboratory operations.  
•    Ensure reliable documentation of experiments and results in electronic notebooks and other documents in compliance with company policies and project needs.
