Leidos, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a qualified and dynamic Project Manager Associate Intern who will provide support as a part of our successful Energy Efficiency program team in MA & RI. Primary Responsibilities
As a Project Manager Associate Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects for our New Construction Services programs. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to the success of real-world projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with New Construction program customers to facilitate their participation in the programCommunicate technical issues across the project team. Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration.Maintain project documentation and status reports utilizing CRM.Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.Support special projects that may include programs that involve the WELL Building Standard, assessing renewable energy, battery storage and EV infrastructure opportunities in the commercial and public building space.Provide insights and suggestions for process improvements based on internship experiencesPosition may require performing utility pre and post installation inspections from time to timeBasic Qualifications
Nust be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business or Environmental and Sustainability Science and experience in project management related activities or work.The ability and desire to be: productive, accurate, and organized. Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and statistical knowledge and skills using Excel. This position requires a valid driver’s license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures. Ability to be self-starting—demonstrate initiative---including the ability to collaborate well in a supportive team environment.Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
