Project Assignment
Micron is seeking for a diligent Intern - Assy Process Engineering to join the team. The ideal candidate for this post will be working on a project for strip to unit level integration and statistical process control management in Encap and Post Encap Area.
Deliverables
Establish daily dashboard (yield/ quality report/ FDC) to identify top pareto of scrap and working with process owner for improvement projects.
Analyze existing process control (SPC/FDC) for optimization and improvement for encap and post encap area
Opportunity to involve in vision teaching and establish defect library through machine learning.
Able to collaborate with cross-functional team for project execution (PEE/PCS/SPC/EE/MFG)
Key Skills and Competencies
Open-minded and willing to explore and learning new skill
Good in analytical and problem-solving skill with high tenacity
Excellent communication and collaboration skill
Familiarity with semiconductor field or products is added advantage
Qualifications
Students who pursuing Diploma in Mechanical/Production or any equivalent Engineering field is required.
Duration
4-6 months internship period
