Intern (Bach) Sales Ops
Battery Energy Storage (Europe) - Sales Operations Intern

As a Sales Operations Intern in Battery Energy Storage division Europe (BESS-Europe) within Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in supporting the Business Development and Sales operations function. Your role will involve assisting our BESS-Europe Segment Leaders (Behind-The-Meter - Industrial, Front- of the Meter- Grid Scale) in various tasks, including data analysis, process improvement, and sales support. This internship will provide you with exposure to the inner workings of a global sales organization and the opportunity to contribute to its success.

You will report directly to our (BESS-Pole Leader EMEA), working under the leadership and guidance of your assigned Segment Leader. You will work out of our Warsaw, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of BESS sales operations, including data analysis to identify trends and insights, supporting the implementation of BESS sales processes and tools, assisting our BESS Segment Leaders in the development of sales training materials, and providing them general administrative support with the necessary market research documentation and any other material.

Key responsibilities:

    •   Assist BESS Segment Leaders in BESS data analysis to identify trends and insights for sales performance improvement
    •   Support the implementation of sales processes and tools to enhance sales effectiveness
    •   Assist in the development of sales training materials and resources
    •   Provide general administrative support to the BESS Europe Team under Segment Leaders guidance

Key requirements:

  •   Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energies, Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
    •   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for sales and interest in sales operations
    •   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power Point.
    •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    •   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
