Mission

Almirall is looking for a Global People Communications Trainee to join the Global People Communications & Change Management team and provide support to a specific project within the People & Culture department, including communication and change management.

Tasks and Responsibilities Collaborate and provide support in the different tasks of the assigned project related to Communication and Change Management. Includes the following areas: Management of Communications & Change Management project. Relationship with external suppliers. Tracking of all activities from pre-go live to post go-live and measure impact. Management and coordination of internal launch events. Education Preferably a degree in Communication / Journalism / Advertisement, or a related field. We’re flexible! Additional post-graduate education is desirable, but not a must! Specific Knowledge Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Strong Project management skills. Excellent English and Spanish skills. Advanced level of Office 365. Experience using and managing Sharepoint sites. Previous knowledge and experience using Canva. Experience

Previous experience in the field of at least 1 year.
