Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our procurement team in the R&D department of a leading pharmaceutical company. As a procurement trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing and contribute to the development of innovative products that enhance people's lives.

Tasks and Responsibilities Support the procurement team in identifying and selecting suppliers for services related to pharmaceutical research and development. Learn how to launch complex RFI’s(request for information)  to identify and select new supplier for RFP for Clinical Trials Participate in the supplier evaluation and selection process, considering factors such as quality, price, delivery time, and regulatory compliance. Run comparative analysis (qualitative and quantitative) of supplier proposals to support informed decision-making. Support in creating the selection criteria scenarios for supplier selections. Participate in Market Intelligence management Support in contractual activities Support in eBuy PR approvals when needed. Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities in procurement and participate in solution implementation. Education Active student or recent graduate Knowledge of office package such as Microsoft Excel and Power point Skills
