Internship Program:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our 12-week summer internship program. As a valued intern with our Specialty Clients Operations team, you will:
Support off-system policy reporting to American Modern via the technical infrastructure used for specialty insurance programs where some portion of the traditional insurance company functions are performed by a Program Partner Agent
Work directly with the agile scrum team that is responsible for enhancing requirements, resolving defects, and onboarding new partners in the technical infrastructure
Execute assignments related to enhancement, defects, or project delivery such as Requirements, Testing, Project Management activities
Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders as applicable to ensure technical infrastructure meets the business’ data needs
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or graduate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Data Management preferred
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeksConfidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams)
Basic SQL knowledge strongly preferred
Exposure to coursework related to MSProject and Visio

Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week
