As a member of the Capabilities & Execution Team, the Capabilities & Execution Intern will be primarily responsible for assisting with training initiatives as they relate to technology training and learning and development.

Assist with the creation of training resources and materials Updating training documents Participate in training efforts for special projects/initiatives and handle related tasks as assigned Analyze and report survey feedbackAlong with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:
Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources or Organizational DevelopmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Internet applications demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Preferred knowledge working within CanvaFlexible and highly motivated Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlinesCandidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’25 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 19, 2025 to August 8, 2025 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate’s semesters completed in school.
