Position Summary

Be part of purchasing department. Learn about purchasing process, comparative tables, coordinate suppliers, evaluate supplier in terms of price, lead time and quality.

Essential Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Follow up on indirect requisitions from different areas such as production, warehouse, IT, etc.Register and update every purchase indirect order in excel file.Support Supply Chain Manager on register new supplier gathering all the information requested.Request information missing from supply if necessary, such as certificates, reports and others.

 

 

Position Requirements

EDUCATION:  

Electrical, mechanical, industrial engineer.

 

CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS:

English, able to maintain a business conversation, written communication.

 

EXPERIENCE:

NOT NECESSARY.

 

 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Purchasing, scheduling, supplier relationship management, execution, planning, scheduling control.
