Intern - College Partnerships Team
Location
This is a part-time remote position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.
Essential Duties:
Lead efforts to update directory and campus visit information for 66 college partners & provide to college counselors and alumni managersCollaborate with the director of college partnerships on analyzing data trends for college partner applications, acceptances, and commitments.Maintain accurate FERPA waivers by auditing 18,000+ documentation for 3,000 seniors from the class of 2025 and work with college counselors and alumni managers to correct form errorsBe responsible for updating the FERPA waiver campaign tracker & OneDrive folders towards 100% document completion and submission & ensure waivers are prepared for 150 alumni data request throughout the yearAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the College Team in logistical planning for both in person and virtual college partner visitsIdentify resources for alumni at college partners and cascade information to appropriate stakeholdersCapitalize on maintaining professional flexibility by responding to a high volume of campus inquiries to provide support and guidance on issues or concerns impacting their progress toward matriculation.Update & create various college partner resources to share with appropriate stakeholders such as counselors, alumni managers, and/or students & parents Other duties as assignedWhat you will Bring- Competenices

Required Education and Experience:
Education: Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a college or university, IDEA alumnus preferred
Certifications: None are required
Experience: Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, with a preference in advanced Excel proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
Education: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a college or university with at least 60 hours completed
Certifications: None are required
Experience: Strong technological competence
Physical Requirements of the Job:
Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged amounts of time Ability to lift up to 20 pounds at times Ability to complete periodic travel required for meetings, observations, trainings, and conferences Ability to communicate with others to exchange information
