Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks
• During the 10 week tenure, you will gain in-depth insights into the US Sales Operations department.
• Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
• You will also play an important role in the development of project concepts and initiatives within the US Sales Operations business unit.
• As Teva continues its work to bring medicine to patients who need it most, there are internal initiatives underway. To ensure timely decisions, an ability to share electronic material(s) fluidly amongst teams is critical.
Qualifications Key Projects of Priority Develop and execute a field sales incentive compensation (IC) plan evaluation dashboard with key metrics Sales Leadership can use on an ongoing basis
• Work with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership stakeholders to identify key IC metrics
• Develop a standardized reporting dashboard with metrics using Excel, Powerpoint, or Tableau
• Evaluate current and prior IC plans, analyze results, and provide recommendations to Sales Ops team for improved plan components and operational efficiencies
• Potential to expand the dashboard to include field force effectiveness measures, including but not limited to: analysis on call plan adherence, attrition rates, President’s club rankings, etc.
• Opportunity to present findings of key projects to Senior Leadership at the close of internship
• Currently enrolled in minimum of Bachelor’s program of Business (Finance/Accounting/Operations/Data Analytics), Engineering, Computer Science/Data Science (IT/IS), or other STEM related concentration, seeking role in active business setting.
• Fundamental understanding of MS suite of products, ability to handle confidential materials, demonstrated attention to detail, and shared platforms (IT) are preferred if not expected to succeed in this role.
• Intermediate Excel skills including skills related to charts, graphs, and Pivot Tables required
• SQL, R, and Microsoft VBA proficiency is a plus, but not required
