Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 12 week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program. 

 

Location:  Parsippany, NJ
Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks 

How you’ll spend your day

•    During the 12 week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Commercial Excellence department.
•    Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
•    You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Commercial Excellence business unit.
•    Gain an introduction to strategic planning and commercial excellence in the biopharmaceutical industry
•    Make meaningful contributions through challenging assignments, and actively collaborate with commercial leaders and stakeholders across the organization
•    Develop skills by working cross-functionally in the commercialization organization, contributing to challenging projects the offer real-world experience.

 

Project 1
•    Launch Readiness reporting.
•    Increase visibility into launches through strategic guidance for launch PMO and providing process oversight.
•    Identify and mitigate risks to upcoming launch in collaboration with Launch PMOs and Brand.
•    Ensuring that the optimized launch processes are adhered to in order to realize their value.
•    Capture best practices during pre-launch phase.

Your experience and qualifications

•    Currently enrolled in undergraduate program majoring in Marketing, Operations Management, Business or related field
