**The opportunity**
Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 14-week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Length: 14 weeks (mid-May through mid-August)
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 14 weeks
**How you’ll spend your day**
• During the 14 week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Quality Compliance department.
• You will play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Quality business unit.
• Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects including:
- Vendor/supplier management, qualification and ongoing qualification, according to site and corporate procedures and standards, to include managing the site approved supplier list for associated procured materials.
- Responsible for working with suppliers directly for qualification and ongoing maintenance of materials for use in production and processes.
- Responsible for business interaction between Teva sites or other suppliers of GMP materials, services, and products.
- Will provide support for Compliance department tasks and functions such as process improvement project support related to supplier qualification.
- Responsible for updating procedures/documents to reflect current/best practices and ensure processes are compliant and efficient.
- Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments.
- Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Batch Record instructions.
- Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.
**Your experience and qualifications**
• Currently enrolled in a Business or Science program.
• Fundamental understanding and experience in:
o Computer proficiency with comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office products and computer databases.
- Proficiency with MS Excel (formulas, links, pivot tables, etc.) required.
o Communicate effectively with excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Interact positively and collaborate with co-workers and management.
o Self-directed with ability to organize and prioritize work.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting requirements.
