Internship Program:

As a valued intern with our Customer Service team, you will leverage a variety of technologies to identify trends and support strategic management decisions for the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Data Extraction and Integration: Extract and integrate data from databases and data warehouses to generate insightful reports and facilitate data sharing across multiple systems.
Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide clear insights and support business decision-making.
Trend Identification: Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
Confidence in use of MS Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams)
Exposure and/or prior experience with Cognos, Appian, Oracle, SQL, and Power BI.
Authorized to work in the United States of America
Candidates must be local (Amelia, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week
