Job Description

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of data analysis, technical skills and data model skills to map data sources to standard platform modelsUnderstanding of Data Governance practices, principles, and frameworksAbility to work both independently and collaboratively (with data stewards, data owners, and data consumers)Understanding of different ways of working and delivery methodologies – iterative, agile, kanbanInterest in emerging technology and application to resolving relevant business issuesAbility to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly

Primary job responsibilities include

The primary responsibilities of the Data Governance/Quality Analyst role are to:

Develop and manage policies, processes, workflowsSupport region/market data activities and deliverables associated with the adoption of Data Governance/Quality (ownership, stewardship, and processes) across the organizationCollaborate with data stewards, data owners, and data consumers to establish best practices, processes, and proceduresPartner with business and technical SMEs to establish relationships between business and technical assetsDesign Enterprise Business Glossaries and Data Catalogs.Design Reports and DashboardsContribute to data analysis, data modeling, data mapping, and profilingAssist with the user adoption of data technologies
