We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Processes (IE & MP) Intern to join our team in La Tijera, Mexico. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in applying industrial engineering principles to real-world manufacturing processes. + Assist in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity + Collect and analyze data to support process improvement initiatives + Participate in time and motion studies to identify areas for workflow enhancement + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements + Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures + Assist in creating and updating process documentation + Contribute to ongoing quality control efforts + Participate in team meetings and present findings to supervisors + Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field + Basic knowledge of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel + Familiarity with data analysis techniques + Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Enthusiasm for learning and applying new concepts in a practical setting + Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
