As a Summer Inter in Digital Channels area, you will engage in a series of hands-on projects aimed at enhancing client applications and digital service solutions. These projects focus on migration strategies, operational improvements, product development, and client experience optimization.

Client Channel Optimization - Medea Digital

Objective:

Collaborate with your backend team, data analytics and architecture to enhance channel availability and response times for clients.

Activities:

Identify bottlenecks in current processes and data and develop strategies to improve data availability, service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Project

EAM and FO Advisory Tool Improvement

Objective:

Analyze the existing advisory tool used for external asset management and family office services.

Activities:

Review current functionalities and user feedback to suggest a tool improvement that aligns with client needs and market trends.

Key Project

CIAM Upgrade Implementation Plan

Objective:

Lead and support a team in developing a comprehensive plan to migrate clients and upgrade the current CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solution in digital channels

Activities:

Analyze existing systems, identify upgrade requirements, and outline migration steps to ensure a seamless transition

Operating Model Review

Objective:

Evaluate the current operating model and development cycle for digital channels.

Activities:

Conduct a thorough assessment of processes and workflows, followed by proposing enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
