Job Summary:

This role directly supports the Raytheon Digital Thread for Product Structure & Bill of Materials.  They will help coordinate the development and deployment of critical capability as part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program centered around digitally connecting our product data.  This digital thread crosses the lifecycle, starting with our proposal bill of materials, moving through design & development, leveraging our MCAD and ECAD data sets and transitioning to the Engineering and Manufacturing Bill of Materials.  The role will work with stakeholders to define capability and solutions for the digital thread, develop communications, and facilitate organizational change management and training.  This role will work with not only our internal customers and stakeholders, but additionally with suppliers of the PLM & SAP systems. Below are some of the duties to expect:
  

Attend planning meetings and workshops with Business stakeholders and vendors to understand current state capabilities and business processesReview pain points and develop strategies to addressAssist in the creation of required communications and Business processesAssist in testing new tools and processesDevelop training and communications to help support the organizational change management of the PLM capabilities

Qualifications You Must Have: 

Actively enrolled sophomore or higher by the start of Summer 2025 and pursing a bachelor's or advanced degree in the field of STEM; Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics

This position is for an actively enrolled sophomore, junior, senior, or post-grad intern based on the candidate's qualifications and standing as outlined below:

 Sophomore - must have completed 30 credit hours by start of internshipJunior - must have completed 60 credit hours of college by start of internshipSenior - must have completed 90 credit hours of college by start of internshipPost-Graduate - must have an undergraduate degree and be enrolled in a graduate degree program (in degree fields listed in Qualifications You Must Have) by start of internship

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
