This is your role. What part will you play?
As part of the KVDT2 project team, you will play a role in supporting both the Document Control Manager and the Project Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient document management and seamless project coordination.
Document Control & Data ManagementAssist the Document Control Manager in handling document control processes, including data entry, version tracking, and submissions within the document management system. Ensure that all project documentation is accurately maintained, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Project Management SupportWork closely with the Project Management team to facilitate project-related activities. This includes contributing to the preparation of essential project management documentation, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.
Technical Documentation & ReportingPrepare, format, and refine technical documents, presentations, and reports for the project’s technical teams. Ensure that all submissions meet the required standards before being shared with clients and stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination & DocumentationActively participate in project status meetings, capturing key discussions and action points. Prepare comprehensive Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to document decisions, follow-up actions, and project progress.
In this role, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are essential to support the project's success. You will contribute to maintaining structured documentation workflows, enabling smooth information exchange within the project team and with external parties.
What you need to make real what matters.
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Work independently and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision but also be a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.Good knowledge in MS Office applications.Good command of English (spoken & written).Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
