What You Will Do:

The Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcases the Guidehouse culture, and provides interns with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real-time deliverables in support of Guidehouse clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.

Highlights of the Guidehouse Internship Program include:

10-week experience in the Summer of 2025 with potential for extension (Anticipated to start Monday, June 2nd and run until Friday, August 8th)Learning & Development Sessions (both E-learning & Instructor-Led)Performance management, including developing goals and holding Mid-Point and Final EvaluationsNetworking & Social Activities and EventsCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Intern EventIntern Speaker SeriesCollaborative Group Projects

The Energy Providers practice provides individuals the opportunity to serve our Energy clients in the areas of business strategy development, the clean energy transition, sustainability, organizational strategy, technology strategy, market analysis, financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, change management, technology implementation, risk management, compliance monitoring, and program

management.

Key responsibilities for this position may include:

Business model and strategy developmentOrganizational change strategy and implementationTechnology strategy and implementationPublic policy trackingRegulatory landscape trackingFact-finding, research, and analysis, particularly around emerging trends and technologiesProject documentation, including report writing and PowerPoint deck development Communicating solutions and new strategies to clients and stakeholdersSupporting energy system modeling and technical studies

What You Will Need:

Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years Graduating with an undergraduate or advanced degree between Fall 2025 and Summer 2026Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the countryNo sponsorship is available for this position

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Degree/Majors Preferred: Business, Data Science, Environmental Science, Economics, Management/Information Systems, Public Policy, Pre-law or a related disciplineExperience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environmentPossesses strong oral and written communication skillsHeightened attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills with an interest in learning more about the energy transition

The annual salary range for this position is $59,900.00-$89,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
