JR61200 INTERN - ENGINEER, F10 Manufacturing CVD/PVD

Description: Internship program aims to introduce equipment engineer day to day role to student to learn about equipment maintenance, pm planning, equipment troubleshooting and finding opportunity to improve equipment performance

Scope of Work: In this project, the student will

Gain understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment operation and how the maintenance is setup to achieve optimum uptime with lowest cost solutionLiaise with other equipment engineers, process engineers, shift operations, and vendors on resolving equipment issues and arrangement of logistics on equipment maintenance needsLearn total productive maintenance (TPM) methodology from problem identification, analysis, and eliminating root cause and effectively document down and fan out for fleet improvement

Deliverable: To be able to generate improvement (hardware/software) to improve productivity in day to day equipment maintenance activities and improve equipment performance

Requirement:

- Bachelor's in Engineering

- Able to commit from January 2025 to May 2025
