End User Support

Providing technical support and issue resolution for end users regarding IT devices.Ensuring a seamless and trouble-free user experience for all users.

Computer management

Install/Reinstall OS

Printing Service

Printer troubleshooting

IT Device Lifecycle Management. 

Administering and monitoring issued devices, including: PCs, Virtual PCs, Mobile and Mobile BYOD, printers, scanners, RFID, Implementing and managing the lifecycle of devices, including procurement, configuration, warranty, maintenance, and safe disposal at the end of their lifecycle.

Qualifications

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Operating System (OS) knowledge (administration , e.g. Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.) LINUX is a plusEnglish (at least B1 level)    

 

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

University Field: IT Science / Information Technology Engineering Communication and collaboration knowledgeEnd User SupportPrinting serviceDevice Lifecycle Management
