Join our winning team as an Intern for Finance in our Mexico City office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Mexico’s financial activities.

Essential Functions

Invoice upload to customer portals

Uploading of payment add-ons to customer portals

Follow-up of supplier payment complements

Creation of credit and debit notes for customers

Maintenance of contacts in the invoice distribution list

Follow-up to invitation letters from the Tax Administration System (SAT)

Support to the accounts payable team

Project - Payment Portal

Position Requirements

●        Business Administration, Finance or Engineering Undergraduate (in progress).

●        Advanced/Intermediate spoken English.

●        Advanced/Intermediate Excel.
