The PositionThe Learning Services & Solutions Intern will play a key role at Roche Services and Solutions by supporting the Content Creators to effectively create engaging and high quality training materials for S4/HANA and myBuy (GEP) systems. These training materials will be used across multiple divisions at Roche and will reach thousands of Roche colleagues in the ASPIRE program, a Roche-wide business transformation program that will enable individuals to collaborate like never before, while our core business processes will become more integrated, simplified, harmonised and scalable.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Support the process training material development by liaising with the respective Learning Content Creators.
Use one of the best-in-class learning tools - Assima - to create interactive simulations by recording transactions in SAP and/or GEP systems.
Support the update of the training materials, when changes are required using the agreed tools - Assima or PowerPoint - and within release scope.
Apply quality assurance (format and content) of the learning materials.
Report on status and roadblocks using Jira tool.
Who you are
You have currently ongoing Hungarian university studies in the field of business administration, business management or related fields (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc)
Available for 20-30 hours per week
Interest in developing concise, fact-based presentations and training materials with clear storylines tailored to different audiences with a high attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent English verbal and written
