About the Internship Program:
Over the course of 11 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experience and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro’s beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning and mentorship.
Our program runs between June 9- August 15, 2025. Our internships are paid!We are currently recruiting for a hardworking, creative, forward thinker to join our Global Communications team where you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience that will help to set the course for your future!
What You'll Do:
As a Communications Intern on Hasbro’s Global Communications team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting internal, external, and executive communications while helping to engage employees with compelling storytelling. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and assist in crafting engaging content that highlights Hasbro’s brands, initiatives, and corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Writing: Assist in developing high-quality communications materials for Hasbro’s internal channels, including the company intranet, employee newsletters, and executive updates. Internal News Coverage: Research, write, and edit news posts on employee platforms, covering key company initiatives, brand stories, and leadership updates. Event & Employee Engagement Support: Help promote and coordinate internal engagement opportunities across Hasbro’s global offices, including town halls, watch parties, AMAs, and major company events. Meeting & Editorial Calendar Support: Assist in structuring and organizing internal team meetings, developing agendas, and maintaining the internal editorial calendar to ensure strategic and timely communication across all channels. Media & Industry Monitoring: Track industry trends, brand coverage, and key media mentions, summarizing relevant insights for the team. Social & Digital Support: Assist in drafting LinkedIn posts and other content for corporate social media, highlighting Hasbro’s thought leadership, achievements, and employee spotlights. Project Coordination: Support various initiatives, such as internal engagement campaigns, leadership messaging, and special projects like licensing and award recognition. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, proofreading, and general team coordination as needed.This role is ideal for someone interested in corporate communications, storytelling, and brand strategy, with strong writing skills and a passion for the toy, entertainment, and gaming industries.
What You’ll Bring:
Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program pursuing an undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or English or equivalent major with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2025. Available to work full-time hours in-person at our Pawtucket, RI office location for the entire duration of the internship. Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $24/hour Pay Range End: $26/hour
